Booking

How do I book a car?

Send us a WhatsApp message or call +91 75066 98883 with your preferred car, pickup area, date, and duration. We confirm availability within minutes.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 24 hours is recommended, especially on weekends. For luxury cars (Audi, BMW) 48 hours notice is preferred.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% of the rental is forfeited. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can I extend my rental mid-trip?

Yes — WhatsApp or call us before your return time. Extensions are charged per hour and subject to availability.

Documents & Eligibility

What documents are required?

A valid Indian Driving Licence (at least 1 year old), Aadhaar card, and a live selfie at handover. Digital copies via WhatsApp are accepted.

What is the minimum age to rent?

You must be at least 21 years old for standard cars. For luxury vehicles (Audi, BMW) the minimum age is 25.

Can someone else drive the car?

Yes, but the additional driver must submit their DL and Aadhaar before the trip. Please inform us at booking.

Pricing & Payments

Is petrol included in the price?

No — all cars are priced without petrol. Cars are handed over with a recorded fuel level and must be returned at the same level.

What is the minimum rental duration?

Minimum rental is 12 hours. Pricing is per hour.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable deposit (varies by car) is collected before pickup and refunded within 24–48 hours after a clean return.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash is accepted for the security deposit at pickup.

Policies

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking inside the car is strictly not allowed. A ₹2,000 cleaning and policy fine applies if smoking is detected.

What happens if I return late?

An hourly penalty applies after the agreed return time. Please WhatsApp us in advance if you need more time.

What if there is damage?

A full inspection is done at pickup and return. Damage not noted at pickup is assessed against the security deposit.

Can I drive outside Mumbai?

Outstation trips (Goa, Pune, Lonavala, Alibaug) can be approved on request. Additional charges may apply.
